2 weeks old

Stella is 2 weeks old today. It's hard to believe that 2 weeks have passed so quickly! She is such a good, laid back baby. She still sleeps a lot but wakes up when she is hungry. She is a much better eater than Olivia ever was! Here are some 2 week old pictures!

Merry Christmas

Olivia and Stella wanted to tell everyone "Merry Christmas". They looked so cute in their matching Christmas pjs and hats! We hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and holiday season!

Stella Grace is here!

Stella Grace Peterson was born December 14th, 2009, at 5:31 pm. She weighed 6 lbs, 7 oz and was 18.5 inches long...not bad for 4 - 4 1/2 weeks early! Her delivery was fast...only 11 minutes of pushing! She broke her collar born but it should be healed in about 6 weeks. She also had some jaundice but after a few nights on the Billiblanket, she is doing great with that too! Olivia loves her new little sister, and the whole family is doing great at home!

Singing our ABCs

Olivia loves singing and music. She has really liked to sing the ABCs lately...here is her rendition!

Happy Halloween!

Olivia loved trick or treating this year! We got to trick or treat with Nana and Grandma and Grandpa! How fun! She would say "twick or tweat!" at every house. She was so excited that she wanted to help herself to the candy! Good thing she's so cute, and she would say "thank you!".

Dressing up with Lucy!

We visited Aunt Cindy, Aunt Terri, Ali, and Grandpa on Halloween morning. Olivia really liked playing with the dogs, especially Lucy the pug! She put mickey mouse ears on her, and wanted to sit by her in the dog bed! She liked it so much, she kept saying, "Take my picture!".

Carving a Pumpkin!

Olivia and I carved a pumpkin together for the first time. She really like doing it together, but she didn't like to get her hands messy taking out the seeds. She put her hands in one time. Then, she took them out, looked at me, and said, "You do it mama. I wash hands!". Too cute!

3d/4d Ultrasound Pictures

We had a 3d/4d ultrasound done this morning! It was awesome seeing our little girl! She looks just like Olivia did on her 3d/4d pictures. Here are some pictures and video of her kicking me!

Minnie Mouse Birthday Party

I can't believe my baby is two! Olivia turned 2 years old on the 8th! She now weighs just about 29 lbs and is 34.5 inches tall (both 75th percentile). She sure has grown from her premie days!

For her birthday, we had a Minnie Mouse Party! We had so many wonderful family and friends come to help us celebrate! We truly have awesome people in our lives! Olivia had a blast! She even wore a Minnie Mouse dress! Everything had to do with Minnie Mouse (I had a lot of fun decorating!). Olivia loved opening up her presents. She was so cute as she would tell each person "Thank you!"

Helping Give Samson a Bath

Olivia helped Frank give Samson (aka Sammie) a bath last night. It was too cute...even though more water ended up on the floor than on the dog!
