Vacation Up North at Boyne Mountain

This past week we were at Boyne Mountain. Frank had a city managers conference, so that the girls and me to have some fun at the indoor water park. Ali loved all the slides (and even got me to go on all of them over and over!), and Olivia loved sitting and swimming in the kiddie pool. We had a great time. Even though it was a long drive for the girls, it was well worth it. Look at the picture of Olivia sleeping in the car seat...she's holding a spoon. She held it for about 2 hours of the ride in the car!

Happy Birthday Ali!

Ali turned 11 on Tuesday, July 22nd. It's hard to believe that she's already 11!!! Here are some pics of her opening some of her presents from us. I love her face as she opens her Miley Cyrus CD. It's priceless. I'd say she's lucky to have such a cool Aunt Sarah & Uncle Frank...just look at all those presents!

Chicago

We just got back from Chicago. We went for a mini-vacation, and because I (Sarah) had a bachelorette party to go to (my friend Tanya from WMU). We had a blast shopping, eating a neat restaurants, and sightseeing. Korbin the Star Wars pics are for you!

Olivia's 1st camping trip!

We went camping in June up north. We had a blast with our friends Jonice, Vicki, Ed, and, our "son" Korbin. He calls us his "step parents". How cute!! Olivia did great and really enjoyed being outside.

Lindsay's wedding

My high school friend, Lindsay, got married the last weekend in May...here are some pics of Lindsay and Zak's beautiful wedding. It was great seeing my high school friends again.

Sorry for the break...Here's some new summer pics!

Sorry for the weeks of no pictures. We have moved and then we had problems with our internet. However, all problems should be fixed, and we will updated pics more frequently again. We have been having a wonderful summer...besides the move which was horrible. Ali has been with us all summer, and she has been the biggest help. We have been traveling (pics to come), and Olivia is getting bigger and bigger. Probably because...Olivia loves food!! Here she is eating a baby cookie. She loves it!! Although she is a MESS afterwards. No teeth yet though. She just gums everything. However, I feel the little bumps...it shouldn't be too long now.
