The Neighborhood isn't the same...

We had to say good-bye to our friends, Mark, Jme, Isabela, & Daisy the dog a few weeks ago (they're standing next to us in the top picture...Isabela's reaching towards Olivia). Now the Kalamazoo neighborhood just isn't the same. We had a fun good-bye party for them to say "Good luck in Utah!! We'll miss you." Even Samson is sad...hopefully, they will visit soon.

Sick baby :o(

Olivia has been sick this week...good thing mom could stay home with her...she had 2 snow days this week! Thank you Michigan weather! We went to the doctor today, and she has broncholilitis (RSV). It's a virus, so it has to run its course! Yuck! Hopefully, she'll be feeling better soon. However, even though she's been coughing and has a ton of mucus, she is still smiling away! By the way...she weighed 11 lbs, 12 ozs today! Sorry a few are blurry...they're action shots. :o)

Mmmm...Hands!

Olivia has recently really taken an interest in...eating her hands!! Mmmm. Although, she still likes her pacifier every now and then. She's even been taking it out of her mouth and holding it in her hands!

Our Sweet Olivia Rose

Olivia had her 3 month old pictures taken. We thought that it was only fitting to have our Olivia Rose lying in a bed of roses!! She weighs about 11 1/2 -12 pounds right now. She is getting so big...we're almost in our 3-6 month old clothes!

Just Hanging Around

Olivia had to show how cute she is in her new towel set, handmade by one of my friend's mom. Thanks Jenny & Mrs. Riek!! Plus, on Christmas Eve she got to hang around my parent's custom framing gallery. Daddy got bored and found an old barrel just Olivia's size!

The Peterson family wishes all of our friends and family a Happy New Year. We hope that you have a great 2008. Olivia enjoyed celebrating at our friends' Lisa and Dan's house, although she was too tired to stay up and watch the ball drop...maybe next year!
